Tool Preparing and Defect Avoidance (Part2)

Do you know where the majority of jewelry defects come from? (no, not the pit of hell)

YOU! and ME are the problem! True, many times it is the process of making the jewelry that adds small Defects, Scratches, Pits, Tool Marks, etc. to our pieces that give us the most issues. Taking these small defects out BEFORE Polishing is a MUST, or else the final product will be less than we had in mind. Wavy areas, streaks, over-polished areas, loss of detail, washed-out looking pieces are all symptoms of a larger problem, not the problem itself.

Today, I am releasing the 2nd Video in a 4 part FREE Video series on Polishing, Polishing Concepts, Tools, and Defects. CLICK on the Link or the image above to check it out, and make sure after the video, you leave a comment on the video page, I love to hear from all of you.

ALSO, Stay tuned for the next video in the series, I will break down some of the tools I use like sanding discs, rubber wheels, brushes, felt wheels, etc. I will show where and when I use these tools.

As always, thank you for stopping by and following along on this journey.

Not, Let’s go make something Shiny, TOGETHER.
