Well, I have been promising the JewelryMonk Podcast for some time now and here it is. I hope this works anyway……. It should be on iTunes soon. I will also add a button to subscribe to the podcast, as soon as I figure that one out too. (One thing at a time….haha) For those of you who are unfamiliar with what a “Podcast” is, think of it as an internet radio show that you can subscribe to, usually on iTunes or another service. You can listen to it on a computer, or have it downloaded on a mobile device such as a smart phone or ipod. For right not, till I get it all set up, you can just click the “PLAY” button down below and listen here.
I apologize for the lack of quality and a little too much “babbling”, but it is a work in progress, I just wanted to give you an introduction of me and my vision here at JewelryMonk.com. I promise it will get better and more focused as it progresses. I should have done a little editing as well (taking out about 300 “ums”) but I just wanted to get it live and off the ground, warts and all. (I am also used to 2 co-hosts that make me look good on my other podcast)
I have some interviews planned in the up and coming episodes, so stay tuned. If you have any questions, suggestions, or comments just send me either a comment here of a voice message by clicking the “Send Voicemail” button on the right.
Thanks once again for stopping by, and as always……
Go make your world SHINE!
Doug
Thank you! Looking forward to more podcasts!
Thanks Linda, I will keep at it.
I really enjoyed this! I look forward to future podcasts…
Thank you Carolyn.
So nice to hear your voice! Can’t wait!
Thanks Stephanie.
I’m listening while working. Thanks for what you do! Looking forward to more!
Thanks Cathy.
About the first Pod cast–
Good “Radio voice”
You mentioned different metals that will be discussed on future pod casts. Why not brass? With the high price of silver a lot of artists(student artists) will be looking for a metal to use as a contrast to copper.
The “ums” we’re not very noticeable – do not sweat the small stuff.
What is “cad cam work” you told us that you did it but did not tell us what it is.
Waiting for the next installment.
Thanks a lot Angel, brass is an option…. Cad cam is computer design.
Nice intro! I’ve been wondering about who you are, and now I know. Looking forward to more episodes.
Thank you Jen, hope I didn’t bore ya too bad with my “babbling”. Haha
A great first episode. Its shown up on Itunes now and i left a review/rating for you. Looking forward to the next episode 🙂
Thank you so much Troy!!!
I would like to watch this – but (maybe I need new glasses) I can’t se any “Play”-button … :'(
Johnna, I don’t know what happened to the link, but I added a new one. It is an audio file, not video though.
Enjoy.
Doug
Thank you Doug – I’ll listen with my eyes closed 😉
