Many Many Thanks!

Thank everyone SO MUCH for all your love and support! I am feeling good and getting ready to start focusing on bringing some new content to www.facebook.com/jewelrymonk site and to this site…… I am getting excited.
Again, I am blown away by all your support as I went through this interesting cancer journey. As some of you know, I was diagnosed with colon cancer in November, had surgery in December, and started chemo in January which lasted through June and put me in the hospital 3 additional times. Although this was not a pleasant time, I am better for having gone through it. I am feeling better each day.
Also it is hard to accept help from others, I prefer to help others, but my sister has helped me grow in this area over the past few months. She put together a fundraiser site that many of you have visited and generously donated. Here is the link if you haven’t seen it. Link My sister is definitely a Rock Star!
I have never met many of you, but you have impacted my life, and for that I am so grateful! I hope to continue to give back and show my generosity through this JewelryMonk journey. Stay tuned!

Hi Doug I am so glad you are doing so well. I am a 19 year cancer survivor! Family and friends and prayers all played a major part in my recovery! I was given six weeks when I was 44. My standard answer at my yearly check-up is guess what I’m still here!! Looking forward to more tips of the trade! Every day is a gift!
