Howdy all, I made a quick video on how to get a single saw blade out of a 12 pack of tightly packed saw blades.
Hope you can find this useful.

Thanks Doug! That will save me a bunch of time!
You are welcome Stephanie.
How clever! I will be giving this a try!
Thanks Rob and Happy Chinese New Year.
Why didn’t I ever think to mark the tops!? Now…how do you store them?
Thanks. I just keep them in a drawer. I only use a couple of sizes anymore and mark the either black (3/0) or red (6/0)
Thanks that was a really helpful tip! Sometimes it’s these little things that make working on a new piece much more enjoyable. You definitively saved me a lot of “getting started pain”.
You are welcome Lisa. It is comments like this that keep me going.

Great idea!!! What I do is take different colors of nail polish, paint (thin coat) the one end of the bunched blades and the numbered tube its to go into so when interchanging blades I know what direction and the number of the blade.
Great idea Sue. I always look for ways to quickly identify my tools so I can grab them quickly. Whether it is color, tape for identifying them quickly, or just placement.
